Question by DAVID MICHAEL: Is Wal-Mart an Operating National Security Risk to the USA & threat to Liberty everywhere???
Today Hillary sits atop BOTH political extremes in American politics as no one before her in our history. In 1987 the then Ark gov’s wife, partner in the states largest, most corrupt law firm and WAL-MART BOARD MEMBER was quoted in the Ark Democrat as she floated the early version of her “global economy”(for the rich) stupidity we were all beat to death with during the 1990 charade which exported the investment required by a generation of Americans to fuel their dreams to the coffers of the Central Committee of China’s COMMUNIST party. All to avoid paying a living wage. “Realities of Globalism” she said, to compete with slaves. The Walton/Clinton raid on freedom has nearly achieved their goal and once Hillary is elected, WMT WILL SELL to a COMMUNIST front, such as Cosco China Inc, and human freedom will be lost to the world in less than a generation. Hillary insures no prosecution for treason. All sadly true. Thoughts?

It isn’t only the Clintons. Bush Sr., Bush, all of the candidates with the exception of Ron Paul propose more of the same. Of course this has a lot to do with the campaign finance scandals of the 90′s when the Chinese supported Clinton’s campaigns but it is more than that. If you think that it is just China or just the Clintons you are sadly mistaken. They are all globalists and it is at the expense of the USA. Not just workers, but our strength in the world is threatened by China.

Question by USA isn’t broken Congress is: Two examples A question for everyone but esp. liberals and Dems?
Why do you think you can have it both ways?

Example 1

I asked why Obama said to China yesterday that the economy is sound and compared it to McCain being bashed saying the same think last year(a MAJOR part of Obama’s campaign theme)…and Dems just made excuses saying “strong” isn’t the same as “sound”, “it is a different economy”, etc.

example 2

Dems saying ” The Market crashing is because of what Bush did, not Obama”. Then turning right around and saying Obama is the reason the Market is up this week.

YOU CAN’T BE A TRUE PERSON AND HAVE IT BOTH WAYS! So why the flip flopping and double standard? Can anyone give an honest answer?

Question by Nana: America is on the LIST!!!!?
It seems there are 20 Countries that we are joining as a Global Nation. One Global economy. Our stimulus, the major portions are going into this. The reason the banks need so much to “save” them, we are going to have “common” principles in “banking. We are “coordinating” with the banking to underwrite world wide banking. At the tax payer expense. Our expense. We are doing this to “stimulate the world economies”.

scroll to the second pic. this is a video.
It is different than the printed story. Some touch on the same story
In the video Obama says the G 20 Countries.

http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpunch/2009/03/bullish-obama-s.html

In 2009, there are 20 members of the G-20. These include the finance ministers and central bank governors of 19 countries:

Question by GoinNuckingFuts: Who do you think is paying for U.S. tax rebate checks?
Politician’s standard answer is “we’re just giving the taxpayers money back to the taxpayers to jolt the economy”. But given we’re in a deficit economy, aren’t countries like China and Saudi Arabia the ones actually financing these checks? Isn’t the government gonna have to issue treasury debt (bought in large part by foreign governments) in order to get this money out?
If the headline read “U.S. Government begs Saudi Arabia & China to mail $ 600 to every taxpayer in the US for ‘feel-good’ spending; US grandchildren to pay it back with interest”, we would have a better idea of how our leaders are managing our country’s wealth.

Question by Eric S: Why can’t North Korea become an ally to the USA?
North Korea truly is an independent socialist republic. North Korea opposed Mao Zedong’s “Great Leep Forward.”

I personally think that North Korea is a remarkable country and in many ways I wish I could move there part-time.

Kim Jong-II welcomes and always has welcomed outside countries, including the US, to embrace their ideology known as the self-reliance “Juche” philosophy and share this in common with the North Koreans.

North Korea is for the most part a peaceful country with a love for art and self-reliance, (See Juche, wikipedia)
independence in politics” (chaju)
“self-sustenance in the economy” (charip)
“self-defense in national defense” (chawi

The “songun” – replaces the concept of the worker with a “people’s revolutionary military”, which North Korea now has

In a sense, this parallels the US sharing a strong defense military to engage in activities that impede on the freedom of a people. It isn’t all that different in North Korea.

North Korea struggles against globalization. Without outside support they can’t be what they have been destined to be. The USSR provided them some of their needed support until 1991, then the USSR collapsed.

Since then the People’s Republic of China has provided some economic aid to North Korea. Bush cut US aid to the country and without a knowledge of North Korean history, it’s hard to otherwise opine or fear the state.

We sadly know so little about it. I’m considering touring North Korea. I think we could be allies with them here in the US, why can’t we? Why don’t we respect their independent philosophy? Who are we to judge them?
The more the US would acknowledge North Korea’s history and fate, the more rapidly Kim Jong-II would enlighten his policy on US relations. At this point it is clear North Korea is not capable of using WMDs, it’s not in their interest or in conformance with their Juche ideology.
Edit: The USA cannot ally with a country unless it shares a commercial interest in that country?! Is that how we as a society choose to value our friends and neighbors?

Being as how they were all conquered by the Mongols for 100 years or so, when did the present day “One China” actually begin?
Whichever one it is, don’t you think they should be completely content with what they have that is already larger than in the past, instead of continuing to “absorb” other countries?

China is a “Dynasty Eater” and “History Manipulator”. They are in the habit of manipulating history in order to covet more and more land.

Question by Wisdom Seeker: Why are more people concerned with our National debt instead of trade deficits?
We owe China about 800 billion? What about the trillions we lose through trade via importing their exports?

Do you understand that American wealth ends up in China in the trillions?

You have two economies. An External(a global economy) and internal(your country’s economy(sometimes called a “local” economy”). When a nation exports to the rest of the world they bring in foreign wealth that circulates in their “internal/local” economy. That nation becomes wealthy.

When you allow another nation(say like China) to shift our wealth into their own nation we start to lose wealth.

Why are people not concerned about this? We are losing more wealth via trade deficits

Best answer:

Answer by Beefcake
Yeah, there are a lot of ways to look at this. They are both foolish. America is being destroyed by design.

Question by grandma zaza: Won’t it be great if Obama is able to get Russian into the WTO and we begin open trade with them?
I mean, look how well it worked out for Clinton. Gee, since Clinton pushed for China’s entry into the WTO our trade deficit with them has only increased to about $ 200billion. And what’s 6 million manufacturing jobs that we have lost to China since that time. Ahh, that nothing!

I mean, I see no problem with yet another corrupt government entering the WTO. And I am sure that they will not do what China has done with our agreement because they probably manufacture toilet paper too. Joe said the reset worked. We can finally trust Russia, after all these decades!! Obama is so amazing!! A true miracle worker!

I’m feeling all fuzzy and warm already. How about you?
**************
“Biden said the White House rejects what he called a tired theory that Russian and U.S. values and interest are competing for influence over our politics.

He noted achievements like the ratification of the strategic arms treaty, or START, and the ability to deal with Iran and North Korean threats as markers.

The vice president also noted he and President Obama will tell “anyone willing to listen” that Russia being a part of the World Trade Organization (WTO) is critical component to America’s trade agenda.

“It’s better for America and I believe better for Russia to be able to trade with each other under predictable and transparent rules,” Biden said.

Biden had a message of investment and merging economic ties that will help not only the U.S. and Russia, but also the global economy.”

Hmm…….that last paragraph sounds very familar.

DAVOS, Switzerland (CNNfn) – President Clinton pledged Saturday to continue his push to open up new trade markets, calling such policies the only way to ensure the world’s poorest nations will share in the rising global wealth.

http://www.manufacturingnews.com/news/10/0615/WTO.html

“We’re like a whipping post for other countries. We are standing there and just being beaten by South Korea, by Mexico, by China, by India. Most Americans have absolutely no idea how lopsided many of our “trade agreements” actually are. Other nations openly manipulate their currencies in order to keep their exports dirt cheap and we allow it. Other nations openly subsidize their domestic industries that are directly competing with businesses in the United States and we don’t complain. Other nations make it incredibly difficult for American companies to do business in their countries while we allow foreign corporations to come on in and do pretty much whatever they want here. Then there are certain nations (such as China) that brazenly rip off trade secrets from foreign corporations time after time after time and never get penalized for it.”
